Everything was very good, magnificent location close to closet / storage space, the main attractions of Lisbon and a square with lots of performances, excellent experience. The employees were efficient and extremely friendly.

We really enjoyed the hotel and its wonderful and outstanding breakfast.
Slices of fresh bread, pastries, and fruit served for breakfast were outstanding. The location in a relatively quiet area was marvellous and lovely and there were a market and shops nearby. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

It was located very close to a tram station giving access to many Lisbon attractions. Comforts of large and well renovated double room with a beautiful bath were fabulous.

The first 4 star hotel where everything was very good and fairly clean. I had the double room which was recently refurbished with a bathtub. The room had a mini fridge bar, an air conditioning, and a personal safe plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. I really enjoyed staying here.

It exceeded all expectations, had a really great stay during our vacation. The hotel was fairly clean and the location was great right beside the metro. Stayed in recently renovated family room with bedroom, robes, very comfortable bed linen. The staff members were all wonderfully friendly and amiable.

Everything was brand-new, exceptional location just off a metro station, good shopping destinations on the block, and a square with lots of performances, memorable experience. The room was great in general, with a bathtub. A shower, a hair dryer, and bath robes were very handy.

There were reasonably large and well renovated rooms with large bathroom. The breakfast food was outstanding and included breads, pastries, and fruit. The location was marvellous and lovely for trip in Lisbon.

We had slices of fresh bread, pastries and fruit in the morning. The location of the hotel was great and lovely - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Rossio Square. There was a fantastic restaurant, a market and shops next door.
